DIVISAR

Tixe which means Exit, is inspired from the performance Eitros. A solo piece created in 2015.

The inspiration for this solo piece is built around Shakespeare's famous quote:

"All the world's a stage. And all the men and women merely players; They have their exits and their entrances, And one man in his time plays many parts"

As You Like It, Act 2, Scene 7.

The idea behind 'Tixe' is to explore that space and time, between Exits and entrances on and around the stage as well as in the real everyday world about us. Going through a door, waiting in a room, in a lift, stepping forward or stepping back, onto a stage, into your trousers, or into the wings, taking your coat on and then off, and then on again, to out, to come back in...Exploring the invisible boundaries of ordinary circumstances and bringing unusual aspects to these invisible lines.
